Finance specialist position in a foreign company

Preparing corporate reports according to Electrolux accounting policy on a monthly base:
• entries consolidation to the corporate database according to IFRS CoA (Scala);
• accruals and some provisions calculation( bad debts, warranty);
• enter accruals and provisions into transactions in Scala;
• other adjustments in corporate base to bring RAS to IFRS;
• revise FA depreciation in conformity with Electrolux accounting policy;
• I/Co reconciliation and GIPS payments;
• Preparing reports and submit them via WebRace
• Correspond with HQ related to reports and answer the questions about figures and periods comparison

Preparing for the company liquidation within TeliaSonera Group
1. Improving balance sheet (clearing of A/R and A/P, obtaining bad debts, analysis and reconciliation between accounts)
2. Cash flow maintenance (accumulating money for loan pays back to the parent company in Sweden)
3. Corporate reports on a monthly basis:

• current entries into SCALA (RAS) with proper dimensions for the
proper cost type allocation, etc.;
• consolidation to the corporate database according to IFRS;
• adjustment and accruals calculation;
• reconciliation between accounts RAS and IAS to ensure an
accuracy of a monthly revaluation;
• bad debts provision and revision;
• I/Co reconciliation;
• prepairing monthly reporting book in COGNOS for the management;
• automatic data extract from SCALA and import it to COGNOS ( as
regards Cost allocation reports by Cost Centres and products);
• manual filling in the interim excel-files on a base of a trial
balance and automatic reports from SCALA;
• manual data input to COGNOS (balance sheet, P/L, Equity, Intangible, Tangible assets, OPEX, CAPEX, Cash flow, etc.);
• reconciliation between forms.

• arrangement of the accounting, documentation circulation, 1:C Accounting computer program adjustment
• control of accounts receivable and payable, calculation revenue, costs, payrolls and social insurance deductions
• compiling and submission monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the tax authority and social funds
• analysis of financial results, management accounting for the founders (cash-flow statement)
• split the company operation between standard b and simplified system of taxation
• heading a team of 7 managers and 1 accountant, control the managers for the correct invoice issuance
• There are some achievements in my work, e.g. successful passing all check-ups of tax authority, optimization of taxation

• arrangement of the accounting on the computer;
• organization of the whole system of document circulation;
• all accounting calculations, e. g. payrolls, taxis, FA;
• preparation of the quarterly and annual financial statements for tax authority and social funds;
• analysis of financial results and estimate of income, expenses, profit;
• preparation of cash and income forecast reports for the founders and banks;
• tax optimization;
• control an operation’s legality with respect of Russian Labor, Tax, Civil Codes in order to avoid any law-breaking
